LANDALBA ships from the creative place who does the magic happen, Guadalajara city, Mexico.
LANDALBA orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. The shipping options may vary based on the delivery address, the time of purchase and the availability of items. At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods and their cost.
Depending on your location, delivery will normally take 3-7 business days from dispatch. We’ll be sure to keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated arrival date. While we aim to always deliver within the specified times, we aren’t responsible for delays due to customs clearance or failed payment approval.
All international orders will be shipped via FEDEX within 10-15 business days, pending payment authorization and verification unless notified otherwise with another delivery. option. The estimated delivery is between 10-15 days international, depending on the artisanal processes and the availability of the garment.
LANDALBA delivers worldwide. We do not include the cost of taxes and duties in your order, so you will need to pay any additional fees.
LANDALBA is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. Or delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events. Any item that are not signed for with direct signature will be shipped back to LANDALBA. Once your item has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Allow 2 days for tracking info to update.
Shipping to USA
For international orders shipped to customers in the US, please be aware that US Customs may ask for your IRS, EIN or SSN number before enabling delivery to your address. You will normally have one week to provide this information before your order is returned to the LANDALBA partner for a refund.
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us containing all the details of your purchase. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. Once your order is approved, LANDALBA aim to dispatch it within 2 business days.

You have to contact Landalba.mx@gmailcom to apply for the return and we gladly will answer all your questions. Please send us a request for a return authorization within 15 days of delivery date. We cannot refund money. In some of the garments there is no return because of all the artisanal indigenous handmade processes and that’s why we can offer a 40% discount off on another piece.
